It is very simple, get a big bowl and Mix the ingredients: Add ground pork and minced turnip, and combine well. You can use a food processor for faster work.
Next, add beaten egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Salt and ground black peppers are optional because knorr shrimp cube already give its flavour.
To add more flavour to wanton fillings I will add Knorr Shrimp Cube instead of fresh shrimp.
You can also use fresh shrimp but meantime this is enough.
You can use a grater to grate the cube and stir immediately for easier mixing. It is very important to mix the ingredients well.
Add cornstarch and mix well it will absorb the mixture moist. Aside from cornstarch, you can also use all-purpose flour.
After mixing well, we are now ready to wrap our ground pork mixture.
Put the wonton wrapper on a clean plate and add filling as you want then fold the molo wrapper.
Dampen the edges of the wrapper to seal it properly after first fold wrapper look like a triangle.
Then after the first fold dampen both edges and fold inward.
Now your wonton is ready, do the same process with the rest of the mixture.
Step 2: Prepare Noodles
Roll and slice it rectangularly to make it like noodles.
Slice the wonton wrapper simultaneously to avoid waste of time.
Slice it thinly to look like noodles.
Step 3: Assemble the Soup
Heat the wok, a wok is good for soup because it is deep you can also use a cooking pot.
Add cooking oil then add toasted garlic.
Saute until brown, then add chopped onion and saute until onion softens.
Add some water and stir. Then, add the remaining water. You can add more water if you have a lot of wontons. Wontons and noodles can absorb water.
Cover the pot to bring the boil quickly.
After that add one knorr shrimp cube add another cube later if you need more. Stir the cube to melt and cover the pot.
Now add wontons one by one or by batch. Make sure to separate from each other and cover the pot. When it comes to boiling do not use high heat.
It is important to ensure filings cooked properly. Cook it for 5 mins check it again to know how much seasoning you need more.
Check the broth to ensure all the flavors have been infused then add the noodles. Now you called it pancit molo soup.
Add fried garlic half and cook the wontons for 5-6 minutes until they are completely cooked.
Let finalize the taste and add fish sauce instead of it you can also use salt or soy sauce but soy sauce makes the broth darker.
Add ground black peppers, Don’t forget it.
Step 4: Serving
At this stage, you can sprinkle onion leaves and remaining fried garlic to make it more appetizing.
Transfer to a bowl to serve.
You can also pair it with the white steamed rice.

The sauce is not for dipping it is mixed with soup.
Add crushed pepper flakes in a separate cup then add fish sauce in it.
Add a little bit of calamansi for additional spice.

Toasted garlic enhances the flavor, prepare it by frying minced garlic in oil until golden brown.
Adjust the seasoning with additional fish sauce or salt according to your taste preferences.
